Driver Requirements

  • Minimum driver age: usually 21 years old (varies by supplier)
  • Young driver fee may apply for drivers under 25
  • A valid driving licence (held for at least 1 year)
  • International Driving Permit recommended for non-Spanish licences
  • Passport or national ID required at pick-up

Payment & Credit Card Policy

  • Many vehicles can be hired without a credit card
  • Debit cards are accepted on selected cars and partners
  • Deposits vary depending on insurance coverage and vehicle class
  • All payment conditions are shown clearly before booking
  • Full prepayment or partial prepayment may be required when reserving

Deposit & Insurance

Each rental includes basic insurance as required by Argentine regulations. Additional protection packages may reduce or eliminate your financial liability in case of damage or theft.

  • Deposit amounts differ by supplier and insurance type
  • Full protection packages may reduce the deposit to a minimal amount
  • Basic Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is typically included
  • Upgraded insurance options available during booking
  • The deposit is released after the vehicle is returned in proper condition

Mileage & Fuel Policy

  • Most rentals include unlimited mileage, but some regions may vary
  • Fuel policies include Full-to-Full or Same-to-Same
  • Vehicles must be returned with the agreed fuel level to avoid extra charges

Pick-Up & Drop-Off

  • Pick-up locations include airports, city offices and hotel delivery
  • Return locations must match the rental agreement unless one-way rental is selected
  • Additional fees may apply for after-hours pick-up or drop-off
  • Please bring your documents, booking confirmation and payment card

Vehicle Condition & Responsibility

  • All vehicles undergo inspection before and after rental
  • Any existing damage must be noted on the contract at pick-up
  • Drivers are responsible for fines, tolls and traffic violations
  • Lost keys or wrong fuel charges are not covered by standard insurance

Cancellation & Modifications

  • Modifying dates or vehicle category is possible depending on availability
